Grouping or Using Pivot tables

I have an excel sheet with almost 2000 rows which I like to group. I tried with a pivot table, but I can only collapse one column. Any ideas?

CLIENTIDNAMEConfig1Config2Config3TITLE
1001Client 1YNoYFirst Name
1001Client 1YNoYLast Name
1001Client 1YNoYGender
1001Client 1YNoYDate of Birth

I would like for the following to display:

Client 1
Date of Birth
First Name
Gender
Last Name

Including the values for the rest of the rows. Can this be done?

It would be easier if we could see some sample data.

Do not upload personal identifiable data as it is publicly visible; it will have to be some dummy data.

The first table is the sample data. So as you can see, the first 5 columns contain the exact same rows for Client 1, except the last column. I would like for the rows in the last column to be collapsible somehow so the rows containing basic information are not repeated.

Still unclear what you want. As Rob suggests, please post a sample file with 4-5 clients' worth of fake data, and the results you would expect given those inputs.
