Make Exchange 2019 updates appear within regular Windows update list

What are the steps to make it so that any available Exchange 2019 updates will display within the regular Server 2019 updates list (where the other Server 2019 updates appear)?

Or do the Exchange 2019 updates have to be manually downloaded and installed and are will not display within the regular Windows Update list within Server 2019 Standard?

Exchange Cumulative Updates and Security Updates are a separate beast.

CUs sometimes require additional software installed like the latest Exchange 2019 CU requiring the URLReWrite module.

It's a manual affair that goes relatively quick if the right amount of resources are assigned to the VM.

Philip, I've seen Exchange security updates appear - IF updates for other products are enabled.  CUs are NOT available, however.  Of course, I suppose it's possible those were the "big" emergency updates of the past year... but generally, I assumed they all were listed (again, except CUs).
