Which is the best tool for monitoring and reporting tool for Microsoft Infrastructure?

We are looking for monitoring and reporting tool for Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2016, Microsoft Teams, etc. We were considering Quest UCCS for Exchange Server monitoring & reporting.

Most of my client use SCOM for monitoring. Quest also a good option. I suggest you to first test it. Check if that tool meets your requirement,

Specific to Exchange, I normally advise to use combination of monitoring tool and custom PS scripts

We do have SCOM installed & configured but the dashboard is not addressing our requirement. Is there any vendor offering add-ons to SCOM? We need to monitor other application and databases like Oracle & SQL Server too.
