asked on Android 10: installed app has no icon
Hello,
I have a Mi Max 3 phone, MIUI 12.0.1, Android 10.
A few times I encountered the following: there is no icon on the screen for an App which is actually installed.
For example now there is no icon for TP-Link Tether but if I open Google Play I can see the Open button, so it is installed.
How can I fix this? Thank you.

Is there a MIUI app installed on your phone? If there is, you would need to click on it from the Settings option and then clear the cache on it. Once you have done that the icon should appear.
