Problems with Microsoft Outlook 365 and my contacts
I am having problems with Microsoft Outlook 365 and my contacts. When I start a new email and begin with typing the address the functionality of recognising the email address has disappeared. I also notice that's when I click on the “To” button that it is blank.
Is Outlook online? Does it say 'connected' at the bottom of the screen?

You say it's blank when you hit the To button. Are you able to select different address lists when you click the To button or is that window completely blank?
