Calibrating iMac and LG Display Spyder X Pro

I have a Spyder X Pro, an iMac Pro 2017, and a LG UltraFine Display 27 inch

I use a dual monitor configuration when using Lightroom Classic. Are there any special procedures to use when calibrating two monitors?  Do I cover up one monitor while calibrating the other?  Does having a second monitor on affect the calibration?  Does the second monitor affect the background lighting reading?

Is there a special placement on the table for the device when there are dual monitors? Do I have to move the device on the desktop when calibrating the second screen?

I have observed that the LG looks slightly brighter and slightly more yellow.

Shouldn't the two monitors be exactly the same?

Thanks.
