Shut down facebook page that has been locked

We have a big issue with the company.  There is a facebook company page in which no one has access to shut it down.  We were able to locate the email address that set up the account and then login to facebook but it locked the account due to suspicious activity.  In order to unlock the account, the original user needs to provide ID verification which that person is unwilling to do.  I have tried contacting Facebook corporate but they do not have a line for the public.  The only resource is a page in which you can submit a ticket and that has not been answered yet.

Any ideas on how this company facebook page can be shut down?

It would be far easier to offer the recalcitrant email holder $2000 to authenticate the account, payable on successful delivery.

Excellent point.

I agree.  I'll leave this ticket open to see if any other suggestions.
Aside: This is an ugly problem with Facebook.

The solution, to prevent this reoccurring in the future... unfortunately won't solve your current problem...

I always setup 3x fake Facebook accounts, then make myself a page admin, then any other stakeholders page admins, then the 3x fake Facebook accounts.

Yes this breaks the Facebook TOC + it solves the problem, because if all real admins accounts are locked, I can still admin the page through at least 1x of the fake Facebook accounts.

Be sure to login into all fake accounts at least once/month, or leave them logged in through an Incognito window in your browser.

Current Problem: If you have more than 1x admin for the page, 1x of the admin accounts should be able to access the page.

If not, then you'll continue interacting with Facebook... which generally results in zero response from Facebook...

So leaving your ticket open is likely best step.
I understand why David is giving that advice, and I didn't check if what he is saying is actually against the terms or not. However, simply adding more Admin's that you control would not do the trick. Instead, you want only the principals of the business to be set as an Admin. You can assign different roles to others such as Editor that have almost all privileges as an Admin except the Editor can't hold you hostage.

With all that said, let's not get off track. Good advice for the future, but this thread is how to solve the problem of getting control of the page.
Thank you, Gentlemen.  It appears from everything I've done already that I am on the right track.  Thanks for validating that as I was truly at a loss.
