My company offers a SaaS solution over Remote Apps using RDS and we are planning to shift into Azure and use Azure Virtual Desktop. The users are all external. I understand that there is a new application streaming offering which will be a fixed price per user per month after the promotional period has ended.
If I know that some of my external users have a valid Microsoft 365 E3 license (or equivalent,) that means they are eligible to use AVD anyway can I avoid having to pay the fixed cost for that user ?
Second question is what that fixed cost is per user – I can’t find this through the Azure Pricing Calculator. The only reference I found was saying it was $5.50 but unsure if that is correct.
Thanks.

Microsoft Azure is a cloud computing platform and infrastructure for building, deploying and managing applications and services through datacenters. It provides both platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) services and supports many different programming languages, tools and frameworks, including both Microsoft-specific and third-party software and systems. Cloud Services is a PaaS environment and can be used to create scalable applications and services; there are specific software development kits (SDKs) provided by Microsoft for Python, Java, Node.js and .NET. Azure also has file and storage services, data management, analytics and DNS services.
