Process/commands to display list of group policies applied to computer

I just created a new group policy.

Currently, I'm remote deskopped into several of the servers where this policy should apply. I have run the gpupdate /force command to refresh the group policies on these Windows servers.

This group policy is filtered and should only apply to an Active Directory security group that contains a list of server names which is why I"m interested in the processes or commands that can be run on these servers to see if the new group policy that I just created is currently applying to these servers.

What processes, command line, or PowerShell commands can I run to display a list of the names of the group policy objects that are currently applying to this Windows server?

Alright, I'm familiar with using and interpreting the results of the gpresult /h file.html command.

Can I please get further information on running and interpreting the results of the rsop command?
