What are the steps to set a vSphere 6.7 email notification alert for whenever CPU status changes to Red for Win Servers?

I need to make sure that an email alert is sent to a certain email address whenever the CPU status changes to Red for certain Windows virtual machines.

well, yeah...if you only want on certain guests, then you need to configure each individually but the configuration process is still the same
