unfamiliar with One Note
Hi,
I am unfamiliar with OneNote, however, I have a user that lives on OneNote.
from what I can tell, he has a folder that is labeled the same as his note book and with that folder, he has about 100 or so files, of various sizes, that are the "tabs" in the notebook.
when I go to his OneDrive, I see the folder and all the files in that folder.
however, when I open OneNote on his new, replacement laptop and open OneNote and select open files and browse to OneDrive.
I can see the folder I am looking for but when I click into it, I don't see the files.
so I must be missing something,
so my basic question is How do I get that "NoteBook"/folder to open in OneNote on his new laptop with all of the "Files"/tabs exactly as on his old laptop????
