Logs or other methods that show who has been accessing SharePoint 2010 server

We are tiring to figure out which users have been accessing the content on our organization's SharePoint 2010 server.

What logs or other methods show who has been accessing the SharePoint 2010 content?

If this type of logging isn't enabled by default what are the steps necessary to enable this sort of logging?

Which folder and files do I look at in particular?

These are the folders that I see within the C:\intetpub\logs\LogFiles\ folder within both of my organization's SharePoint servers.

I've looked through the text files contained within all of the folders within the screenshot and I don't see any mention of any usernames or any other identifying info that can be used to identify any particular users within any of the files in these folders.

Do I need to enable some type of logging within SharePoint to start logging this information?

Rainer Jeschor,

Can you provide me with further information on how I can enable this setting so that the column "cs-username" will be present?
