I don't see this button in the ribbon of the document libraries that says something like open library with Windows Explorer.

It looks like this ribbon button might not be visible or isn't set to be displayed.

What steps do I need to follow to display this ribbon button or to make this toolbar that contains this "Open library with Windows Explorer" visible?

Microsoft Sharepoint is a software platform and family of software products used for collaboration and web publishing combined.
