Plans of home buyer - builder
Intention of that house to you, waiting until new is ready, new is waiting to get wired. Your shed for house being moved to vacant lot. Plan is to get that stored house moved as soon as possible, so materials in shed can be used up.
New was to be a build. New mentioned above sounds like existing. "Stored house moved" sounds like literally existing house moved by truck. The home owner builder can not be contacted for reasons. The above is confusing. New home waiting to get wired sounds existing but then mention of a vacant lot. It's a puzzle and I don't expect any solutions but what do you see here in the above? The phrase "stored house moved" is one of the puzzles. I'm the one to get the one mentioned in the first six words. We don't know if the vacant lot is involved in their new house or not. I see nothing in the records that implies they might be buying the house beside the vacant lot and the vacant lot too. If that is the case then it might make sense. We've waited since early 2021 and running low on time due to inflation and higher mortgage rates and age. The initial plan was they would build themselves a new brick house on ABC Street but now the mention of a vacant lot across town so their plans have changed on that. We visited the vacant lot and it needs clearing which could take months if not longer and the fact that a home builder told me it takes about seven months to build one. I have zero clarity on when ours will be able to be moved into. It's existiing and being bought from the other party. It's furnished but no one is living there. It's ready for us pending their "new."
