365 Business Basic- does it support one drive and teams install locally and ms outlook MAPI

Dear Experts: 

Microsoft 365 Business Basic, consists of Email and web versions of apps word, excel, PowerPoint, teams, outlook and one drive. I Have the following doubts please help with this

  1. 365 Business Basic , As it is web-version but is it possible to download the OneDrive and install the same in the system, so that can store files during the offline as well and when system goes online sync happens
  2. Similarly 365 Business Basic does it allow to install of the teams locally 
  3. For those systems which is already having retail version/OEM version of office suite where MS outlook is installed and for this MS outlook email client,  can we configure 365 Business Basic email account and will it support outlook MAPI where messages are downloaded (inbox and sent ) in email client MS outlook of system as well as a mobile email clients

sorry for mixing up, I was confused since 365 Business Basic license is of the web version and by having this license will this allow to install the "Teams app" and the "one drive app
 locally OR  it will restrict to use "Teams" via web only and one-drive also via web version only now that I am clear that 365 Business Basic license provides login to teams and one drive therefore the same can be as well be installed in the system. hope this is correct
