Steps to migrate Server 2008 32-bit OS to 64-bit Server 2012 R2 or Server 2019

My organization has an old Server 2008 32-bit server that hosts several printers.

This server will need to be decommissioned and replaced with a 64-bit Server OS.

I would like to use an automated process to migrate the printers shared on this server to Server 2012 R2.

I would rather complete this migration in as automated a matter as possible without having to manually recreate the printer shares.

What tools are available to help me do this?

If there are only 32 bit clients, I am not sure if you need 64 bit drivers too...

It turns out we also need to migrate the file shares.

Please see my other question Process to migrate file shares and data from Server 2008 to Server 2019.
