Room Finder in Outlook Shows No Rooms listed

Hello Folks,

I am trying to use the Room Finder in Outlook but nothing is populated.

I followed the instructions below, but still do not see my conference rooms in Room Finder.

Are you able to see the rooms when you check in webmail (OWA)?
Also when you check the address book, do you see the rooms listed? what Icon shows up in the front of the name?

I tried OWA and the rooms do not show up there either.

Yes. I see the rooms listed and I see the distribution group , "rooms" which should be the room list distribution group.

Here is a screen shot of a conference room that should be in the list.
