How to force a site to detect Citrix on Windows 10
Issue: When a use sign into a site that relies on Citrix WorkSpace, the site does not prompt the user to detect Citrix. The site users Citrix in the web browser instead.
Troubleshooting:
1. I cleared the browsing history, but did not close and re-open Microsoft Edge.
Do youhave citrix desktop and the plugin commonly provided by the Citrix host.
Can you provide the URL via Message? Did it work before and suddenly stop?
There was an issue a few months back that dealt with citrix not triggering the plugin.
Perhaps that is what you are dealing with

Thank you, for following up. I am not certain about Citrix Desktop or the plugin.
All I know is that Citrix WorkSpace is installed the laptop. When the user tries to open the site, they sign into the Citrix environment via the web browser or use the light version of Citrix.
