Screen Design Aid

From the editing screen, you can press F1 to see available command keys, how to add fields, etc.

One of those keys is F10 which takes you to "Select Database Files" screen.
Enter the file, library and record name of your physical file. Use option 1 to see the available fields to add to your screen.
