Once I have complete idea, I'll give it a go :-). When that works, I'll do it on a Raspberry Pi. Would love &nbsp;to build something like a OpenAI/GPT-3 version of Google Home. Then I think I'd need a case for the Pi and maybe a battery so I could carry it around. 
Would I be able to integrate with things like Spotify ...(?)

I found a Python project which I d like to run on a Windows 10 computer.

Note that I only want to make a GPT-3 based chatbot which I can talk to and which answers voice based (like Google home, but then next level since it is gpt-3). Nothing more than that. 
I have no Python knowledge  know Powershell and VSCode Studio. 
I guess for this project to run I install Python, then download the code via git clone. But then what? 
Please advise.
