Convert Server 2019 Core OS to regular GUI OS

Someone created a vSphere Server 2019 Core OS.

Is there any way of converting this Server 2019 Core OS to a regular Server 2019 GUI OS?

This link gives two methods for Server 2012.  It should be worth trying:
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000135474/enabling-the-graphical-user-interface-gui-in-windows-server-2012

From a command prompt:
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:server-gui-mgmt /featurename:server-gui-shell /featurename:servercore-fullserver

From PowerShell:
install-windowsfeature -name server-gui-mgmt-infra,server-gui-shell

I haven't tried either.

You may be able to run Setup.EXE from within the Core OS and do an in-place upgrade to Desktop Experience (I don't remember what it's called verbatim at the moment).

EDIT: Caveat I think on DCs. No go there.
Well, if the applications got installed, then you don't need the GUI.

If the applications honestly need GUI, then just spin up new VM from a template or scratch.
