How to make a "wired" printer mobile?
How to make a "wired" printer mobile?
I have a label printer which requires a cable to my router. It works great, at home. But, I need to also take it on the road.
I have used MiFi hotspots, but those are wireless.
Is there a wired hostpot option?
Thanks

I have a MacBook, which prints to:
DYMO Label printer via a hard wire to router (no WiFi connection to router)
iPhone with Hotspot available.
I need to move to a remote office.
So, it sounds like I would:
1)plug the WavLink into the wall
2) plug the printer into the WavLink
3) turn the hotspot on
Then what?
How do I connect the WavLink to the hotspot's network?
Does the WavLink have a Mac app where I would configure it? I see this menu, but am not sure where I would find that...

So, I assume this means, I need to:
1) plug the printer into the device
2) Turn device and printer on
3) connect to network, the print.
But, how does it connect to the cell towers? Do I need to get a dedicated phone number at Verizon Wireless?
Or, does it connect via my hotspot?
I do not plan on being anywhere near my wireless router. This would be when I am out of the house.
Thanks.
