Outlook issue on Mobile

Hi,
Can you help to issue, got when accessing Outlook on the Mobile phone?

Device Passcode Required
Your organization requires you to enable a device passcode to access this app.

Are you using InTune?  There should be a policy enabled which require the mobile phone to be enabled with a passcode.  

Since no passcode is enabled on the mobile phone, the phone is not in compliance to the policy.  So access to the app is denied.
