Read/Write Access to Company Laptops

We have an organization with roughly 10 Windows 10 laptops and a web/data server.  We use TeamViewer and Office 365 OneDrive.  Right now I put software and data in OneDrive and our staff pull it down to their machine when needed.  Is there a way that I could directly place the files where they need to be, assuming the machine was on?  I don't think TeamView allows that, correct?  Or MS Teams?  Can I ftp the files?  Note that we are not on a domain but we do use our Office 365 credentials to log in to our own machines.

Thanks in advance for your help!

If they're not domain joined, do you have the local administrator accounts?  If they're on the same network, just open file explorer to the c: drive \\computer\c$ and authenticate with the local admin account.  You will then be able to copy files to it.

Even if you're not in the domain, having the same workgroup name will reduce some of the authentication prompts.
