Any issues with renaming Windows 10 local administrator accounts?

The built-in Windows 10 local administrator accounts on the computers within my organization are still set with the username of administrator.

As part of securing our Windows 10 computers we would like to rename this Windows 10 local administrator account so it will have a different username.

This will be done using group policy using the steps described in this URL: https://4sysops.com/archives/how-to-rename-the-local-administrator-with-group-policy/.

Most of the computers within our organization have already been logged into using the local administrator account and the corresponding local Windows profile on these computers has already been created.

However, will renaming the local administrator account on these Windows 10 computers cause any issues? I want to make sure that if there are any known issues with doing this that we are aware of them in advance.

can't see how renaming it would be an issue
i would have left it disabled by default and not mess with it
