ESXI upgardes

We have an ESXi server 6.5 build 17167537.

Can I upgrade this to ESXI 7.U3C without upgrading to 6.7 first?

You can upgrade ESXi 6.5 and 6.7 hosts directly to ESXi 7.0. (or later patches).

Just make sure

1. Host is on the HCL and ALL devices and addin cards.

2. Update all firmware first.

and if you current install is on USB or SD card, then you should think wisely about an upgrade using this media.
