Mac code editor recommendations that work well with Github
Please don't laugh, but I'm a developer that has always used Adobe Dreamweaver for code editing for years (I do not use the visual editor if that makes it any better)!
The time has finally come for me to move away from Dreamweaver... I just tried to Git integration with a folder with thousands of files as it has killed it! Taking forever to initialize!
Please, can you give me recommendations for an alternative? I am based on a Mac.
I have a copy of Sublime Text, but haven't given it time yet.
Furthermore, I want it to work well with Github.

OS X is unix, so you might want to look into Linux style clients. https://git-scm.com/download/gui/mac
