This is using single MS Exchange server 2019 for 300+ mailboxes. Recently, there was a burst of job application emails sent to one of my HR user - khlim@companyxxx.com. The email subject always like - apply for site survey job, job application for xxx, application for job xxx, applying for draftman, and all other keywords.
Now, my management decided to stop all these emails. We think that we can based on these keywords in subject to block it. We are thinking with these keywords - apply for, application for, application of, and so on to divert all these affected emails to the user's junk folder.
Now, we are creating a exchange transport rule with the following settings as attached
We already configured so as email with SCL =5, will be uploaded to this user's Junk folder.
Now back to results, about 15 out of total 75 emails still dropped to the user's inbox. All these affected emails are having the listed keyword. But why? What is the better way to make sure all these are uploaded to the junk folder?
Thanks,
