Exchange 2016 Troubleshooting: Event ID 8019 - Remote Deliver

Hi 


I have an issue that email tries to go to office 365 it's delayed I have one connector called outbound to office 365 and any email from this connector it seems to stay in the queue for a few minutes and then it delivers.

I have same configuration with new issue i have no idea why our email delay to send notification for two minute always sometimes fast and sometimes not

If it is not always slow in sending you have to check for do you have any antivirus check happening in server.

Could you please specify which file path from exchange should be whitelisted from antivirus check

This is the default location of the queue.

Still the issue but after i create new test send connector for ending to office 365 the issue does not show again please i need to know if there something wrong on my connector or what
