Email always get quarantine out by office 365 as spam mail

Hi Expert,


I have a vendor whereby his email always get quarantine out by office 365/exchange as spam mail. My side tried whitelist and lower the advance filter by abit and it's still the same. These mail stuck in the backend and need to release them to user, it's not even going to junk.


There is no attachment in the email however, would like to check with the expert, my side would like to find out the issue before logging ticket with Microsoft. The email have no embedded tags in HTML, sensitive word or JavaScript. Or what advance filter setting is best.


Appreciate if any expert advice me on.
