mp4 compression

VLC player. It has a "Convert/Save" option, where you can select different Profiles for your MP4 files. The best compression you can achieve with a very good quality is H.265 + MP3. But of course the compression you get always depends on how compressed your original file already is...

VLC Player is free & OpenSource, and you can get it for different OS platforms.

Also Handbrake, but the only way you can achieve this is to loose data you can't get back.

Have you considered splitting the file into two under 10MB files and sending them separately to be reassembled by the recipient?

The simplest way to do this would be to use a file compressor like 7zip or WinRAR. Your recipient then just unpacked the two files and the software will reconstruct the 13MB file.

Rather than trying to compress it to meet Hotmail's attachment size limit, you may want to consider uploading it to a site that is designed to share large files, such as WeTransfer. That way, your email is very small, containing only a link. Regards, Joe

when i try to attach 14mb video file , i got message
 you file is pretty large , you can keep your email small by using onedrive
 1) upload and share as one drive
2) attach as copy

earlier by seeing above message , i thought i cant send , but now i selected 2 attach as copy , it is sending
i will share one drive link also if recepitent as problem receving

i think no need to compress , now i want to know what is maximum hotmail attachment size limit ?
( before by seeing that message i thought i cant send 14mb , need to compress)
