I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Smartphone.  It's running Android 12.  I'm getting a constant message that  I cannot store new notifications.  It says my notification access permission is not enabled.   When I try to follow the directions provided, I can't find those areas on my Smartphone to change.

How can I save new notifications on my Smartphone?
