Need fix for MS changes to popup menus

Does anyone know of a tool that will modify the Windows 11 popups to have real English words like we had in Windows 10 instead of the stupid icons for things like copy and paste, etc.?

I would say no.

Something like that would be coded either in explorer.exe or something like shell32.dll.

Thanks.  I knew this could be done via the registry change, but when I did it earlier it didn't work.  I guess I had a typo or something.

If it weren't for the stupid icons instead of words I wouldn't mind the new context menus, but seriously MS just made things more screwed up than helping.  A user already needs to understand English for the menus anyway so they're not doing us any favors with mixing graphics and words.  Just making Windows harder to use.  A real collection of genius morons.
right click and select more options if you want to see the cut/copy/paste in the system language. Note: not everyone reads English. CTRL keys still work and if you hover over the icon you will see the letters in the popup in the system language.
