It was only possible to locate 6 results when using the constrained search criteria like this:

I believe the Adobe Corporation to be a very responsible and responsive business but, in the interests of "controlling" or "tightening-up" the product Support model (...and revenue stream derived therefrom) they have successfully limited Open access to the Support documents -- this all happened more than 10 years ago, at which time I noticed IF support of a particular product error was needed, only the Official Support "channel" such as a Corporate point of contact on a paid Support contract was available to third-party End User Support teams.
It is possible to find answers to issue "in the wild" but I would only trust these to be Safe and Workable able 50% of the time, unless the "fix" appears to be rather simple in nature.
