Cannot access website with office network. Cell phone works.

I have a website in the office that I have been able to get to for the past 2 years. Now, I cannot access it BUT I can access it with my cell phone using cell data (not office wifi). I have a Sonicwall and have whitelisted the website about an hour ago but that has not helped. Is there a way I can track down this website and adjust the firewall so I can access this website or do you think this is not a firewall issue?  I have had a website in the past that was pointing to a country that was blocked and I had to change the geo-IP filter to allow the country and then this particular website worked.

What happens on the computer in the office if you run a tracert?

Compare this to results from a computer on a different network.  Or maybe it won't make it past the Sonic Wall.

Disable an antivirus and test it again. I would also ask the ISP for cooperation. While on the phone with them, try to access the website and they will tell you if they see the communication so you will know if this is your problem or their problem.

Try pinging the website's address and take note of the IP returned when on the office network.

Then look in your firewall logs for traffic to that IP to confirm if its blocked or not.

Also, compare the IP returned when on your office network to the IP returned from an external network to see if they match up. Some web services offer DNS lookups if you want to see what IP the outside world is getting without having to go elsewhere.

If the two IPs (office network and elsewhere) are different, let us know and we can discuss what to do next.
