Teaching software needed for demonstrations
I am attaching a video here that show someone teaching how to use a software by zooming in to a part of the screen and then highlighting a part of the software. Is there any tool out there, preferably free that does what this person is doing in the video? Its rather basic but its all that I need especially the zooming in and highlighting.

in word there is a highlight function too Apply or remove highlighting (microsoft.com)
