I need to debug a streaming problem

I need to debug a streaming problem


I was online for a recording session, and the resulting video of me looked bad. The audio crackled and the image looked much worse.


In the prior weeks, it was fine. But, I had downgraded my ultra fast Verizon Wireless connection, to one that was more economical. The plan still shows 300Mbps.


Recording time was 8PM EST on Thursday night. Was this the problem? 


Also, I had Chrome also opened, with in excess of 50 tabs. Was that the problem?


Or, by not having the fastest service, was a dropped to a lower spot because of other intense demand on the Internet at that time?
