What is the errror on the 2008r2 when trying to get wsus data?<br />
You may have windows update cliebt side issue that once resolved should get the updates.<br />
Try target the Microsoft update on that system to clear the issue.

I have a Windows 2008 R2 std server. That server can't be update anymore because of error below:
I have stopped Windows Update service and deleted the folder: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
Reboot server. The prob is still there.
I have 2 questions:
1- How this error cab be fixed:
