Ipad enrollement and VMWare WorkSpace One "Profile Installation Failed The connexion to the server could not be established".

I'm not an expert of VmWare WorkSpace One (AirWatch).

I want to reassign an Ipad device to new user.

On WS1:

I've deleted the device from the console ("Delete device").

And I add a new terminal to a new user.

On the Ipad:

I did a reset factory on the Ipad (try via Itunes or directly via MacBook with MacOs 13, and the recovery mode).

I've the "Remote Management" message, saying the management will be allowed for my organization (the factory reset has may be not removed the MDM settings).

I download the Hub Intelligent on the Ipad.

I launch it

Scan the QR Code (or give the datas required),

A profile is downloaded. But when installing, I have the message:
"Profile Installation Failed
The connexion to the server could not be established".

above the error windows, I see:

Signed by: *.awmdm.com

Verified

I've the problem on two Ipad.

My procedure may not be correct. 

But what to do?

I use a WS1 SaaS environment. Console 2209.

The IOS Version is 16.1.1.

The token of the Device Enrollment Program is not expired.
