iPhone 7+ can't be charged & only boot up for 1 min or less
my spouse's iPhone 7+ could barely be charged:
after charging it for hours, it could only be powered
up for a minute or less.
Took it to a repair shop & after swapping 2 different
batteries (OEM type), he's still facing the same issue:
could only power it up for less than 1 min.
He's suggesting to change entire motherboard.
Q1:
is it possible to just temporarily loan a motherboard
to power it on to backup the data out?
Q2:
Which component is likely to be the root cause?
Q3:
I suggested that the iPhone 7 is constantly plugged
into a laptop with iTunes so it can be constantly
powered up while it's being backed up: the repair
man said it won't even last for 1 min: I can't get to
verify this? Is he saying the truth?
Q4:
Tired with iPhone, is there sort of Smart Switch
app that could backup entire content of the
iPhone to a Galaxy Note?

Is it possible to transfer the storage/NVRAM
(that stores Contacts, apps, messages) from
the old iPhone 7+ to iPhone 8+ so that all
contents are intact?
Is there a Youtube video so that I can direct
the repairman to watch that video.

Spouse didn't subscribe to iCloud.
Our daughter did subscribe for her
iPhone (paying about US$11/month)
