FSLOGIX is not saving the credentials for Office 365 applications like Outlook or MS teams
Hi Citrix Experts
In the new Citrix environment XenDesktop
We are using Microsoft FSLOGIX and we made THIS TIME NO exclusion at all
We are facing an issue that the users every time they log in and want to open outlook or MS Teams they have to re-authenticate (( login again ))
I don’t know what the root cause of this issue
Note: SSO enabled on the Azure AD
Any idea here can be the root cause of this issue

I added a test user to the FSLogix Exclude group on the virtual desktop
and made a test everything works
log off and log in multi-time and no need to give the credentials anymore
so it looks like an FSLOGIX issue where i can start to dig
Is FSLogix configured to save Office credentials by using the "'Include Office activation data in container" setting?
(Some further details in this link - https://vhorizon.co.uk/office-365-activation-issues-with-fslogix-and-adfs/)

Can you post the FSLogix GPO config?
I have the latest hotfix installed, I updated the ASMX/L files to match. Set the RoamIdentity to 1 and I still cannot get Outlook on my AVDs to automatically open with a users profile once logged into the AVD. I have confirmed that if I exclude my test user from having FSLogix applied everything works like it should. I have to believe it is my GPO, but I am not sure. Has anyone still be experiencing issues after the hotfix has been applied?
Can you post the config, as requested earlier?
I assume you mean the FSLogix GPO you asked for in a previous post. As an update I did find some errors in the event logs that the drive that our profile info is stored was out of space so this might be a non issue. If that does not help i will post my GPO. Either way I will provide an update.
Jumped the gun a little bit. The user I was testing with had a corrupt profile in FSLogix. Once I blew it away and logged back in the profile was created correctly and my credentials for Outlook were saved and the issue has resolved. Sorry for bringing this back up.
Try with a local profile to exclude any SSO issues.
With a test user, add the test user to the FSLogix Exclude group on the virtual desktop.
Login to the virtual desktop, the profile will be local.
Authenticate to Outlook / Teams.
Logoff.
Log back in to the same machine and try again.
If you have to re-authenticate with a local profile, then you know it's not FSLogix related.
Let us know.
