I need to be able send this format in the email. But all the styles are off. Is there a way I can accomplish it

The simple way to send something in an email and ensure it looks the same on the receiving end is to send an image. If you are trying to send something digital (e.g., web page), take a screen shot & save it as an image or paste it in a GUI enabled email client like Outlook.

It is a dynamic page

You could send a teaser image and a link to the page.

Like I said user will see their own bracket with updated result. So it is very dynamic . The user will need click the link and receive the email with the bracket

the way things are displayed in email will depend on the email client, application and the displaying device. The brackets you are trying to display will need a considerable screen size to be visible unless you break it up into smaller segments. Since many people get their email on phones, that's what the display should be designed for.

You could use a html to jpg converter to send images of the web pages. Simpler method is still screen shots.
