Not show received new message for specific sender.
Hi Experts,
I am constantly getting messages from someone and created a rule that should auto move to specific folder.
However I also want it not to show on the Outlook icon that I received new message.
How do I do that?

But I don't want mark as read, as I do need to keep track on these emails...

As you are already using the Rules wizard, check the list of options available. There should be an option "mark it as read" and this will be applied on arrival in the folder.
