Microsoft has tested a bunch of the higher priced items

I would use either of these instead
Netgate(pfsense)
or
Opensense
You can also use RRAS; for only the cost of a server license. Which you may already have.

RRAS would be a possible solution but we are trying to retire an on prem server. Thanks

One observation: Since the Cisco RV325 does not have a console port configuring the VPN connection would have to be done via the GUI, correct?
Hi,

Yes, that is correct. The Cisco RV325 does not have a console port.

Given there is no console port on the RV325 is there a guide somewhere to configure the S2S connection to Azure using the GUI?
Hi,

you will need to use the web-based graphical user interface (GUI) to configure the site-to-site (S2S) VPN.  Use the VPN wizard by navigating to the router's IP address in a web browser. Then select Azure in Site to Site section.

Cheers

First...Thank you for responding to this newbee's questions.
The RV325 I am testing with is running Firmware v1..5.1.13 (202-16-27)
There doesn't appear to be a VPN Wiz.
Under the menu item VPN the selections are Gateway To Gateway, Client to Gateway, FlexVPN(Spoke), VPN Passthrough and PPTP Server. I cannot find a Site to Site Section.
My concern is that my unit is elderly. It is a refurbished unit.
