Office 365 Email

User generated image

I'm using the Outlook app on my Android 11 phone. I've added one Office 365 email account to the app. It is working smoothly. Now I'm trying to add another Office 365 email account. I'm getting an error message stating that only one account can be added per device and that I must remove the previous account before adding a new one.

Is there a solution  or  workaround that will allow me to add both of my Office 365 email accounts to the same phone?  It would be helpful if I could access both email accounts on my phone seamlessly

I am attaching a screenshot of the error message.

The error you are getting is because your IT folks have configured an Intune app protection policy, so best check with them. If both accounts are in the same tenant, you can consider using one as a delegate mailbox, via the "Add a shared mailbox" functionality.

@Gerwin Jansen
I need these on the phone. I access them in two different ways on the PC. One is through IE, and the other is through Chrome.

But It would be helpful if I could access both email accounts in phone also.

They are different tenant.

It would be helpful if I could access both email accounts in phone.  Is there any workaround ?

Did you try the 2nd account through webmail in Firefox?

I have not tried Firefox. However, I am able to open the 2nd account through the webmail in Chrome on my phone.

I enter my credentials and the OTP I received by SMS in order to log into 2nd account webmail.  This works.

Any benefit to switch to Firefox to access email in Phone than using Chrome ?

BTW , Outlook App is very simple. I use only PIN to access 1st account.

No, just that I had used Firefox for this as single sign on for me was working in others browsers.

This solved my problem.
Thanks
