How do I handle this protocal error?

User generated imageI have setup my email just like I had it on my previous client. Now when I go to send or reply to an email I get a message that "there is a protocol error". I have included a jpg with the error message in this posting.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

"protocol error" is misleading when the real problem appears to be an error in the email address.  You have a comma ',' where there should be period '.' .  You have "comcast, net" when it should be "comcast.net".

Thanks Dave,
This worked on my main account & a couple other accounts, but it didn't work one other one. Any other suggestions?
Not enough info.  Show us the error message from the one that doesn't work.

Hi,

he already did.

Cheers
If you mean the error message above, the only problem is the comma instead of the dot.
