not able to install .msi file (the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation"

I am trying to install an .msi file for sentinelone, and on every computer I tried to install this file, i get the error message "the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".  I was logged in as a regular user, but right clicked on the file and selected "run as administrator"

I have a windows domain envirnment.

I have followed a few different artciles, but it didn't work, this is one that I tried:

I did log into the computer as the local admin, and if I'm logged in as the local admin, I was able to install the file without that error message.

So I'm puzzelled why I can't install the .msi file as an administrator, but just not being logged in as a local admin?

Any ideas or thoughts how I can fix this via my Group Policy?

actually, there is no 'run as administrator' option on an MSI file so need some clarification
