phones no longer working after firewall change

Our network has a schematic of 192.168.254.x.  Our network has voIP phones. We just installed a new firewall and it looks like the phones went down because they're on a different IP address scheme.  10.1.10.x

We have no knowledge of what the configuration was on the previous firewall because the previous provider won't provide access.  My guess is we need to set up a second DHCP server following the IP address scheme that was setup for the phones.  is this something I can do in an our local on prem windows DHCP server?  How are the polycom phones able to differentiate between the 10.1.10.x and the other?

The phones might also have static IPs on each one.  If so, you'd' set up a second gateway on the firewall that is within that subnet and provide routing rules to allow it to get to the WAN port.  You likely don't want traffic between the VoIP phones and computers.
