I've got an Access database application which performs mail merge operations with numerous Word documents and then either saves, or emails the resulting pdf files.
In the document I'm working with now, I've inserted several Word tables to assist with alignment of several columns worth of data, some of which wrap to 2 or more lines.
In the document layout, I have two of these fields displayed as below.
I've set the line spacing within this table as single with 0 spacing before and after paragraphs. But when the mailmerge is implemented, the line spacing converts to 1.5 spacing, which looks like:
I've tried saving the line spacing for the tables and the paragraphs above and below them to single spacing. But when I save that layout and then re-open the document, the 1.5 line spacing returns.
Any ideas how to resolve this?
