printers keep coming back after deletion

I have a weird thing happening.  I disconnected a computer from our local on prem domain and then removed the printers from the computer that were connected to the former server.  However, after I remove the printers, they all come up again and I can't figure out why.  This is an admin account on the computer so I'm not clear why they are not uninstalling.

Hello,

did you remove the connections to the printers?

Perhaps, you still have a script, a local GPO or scheduled task that is doing these connections.
Also, if the local administrator account has the same password as the domain administrator, connections can also be done automatically.

@hdhondt, I tried it and it didn't work...

@Deman-Barcelo, the local and domain don't have the same password.  Where would the GPO script be?  Nothing looks configured in GPO policies.
Did you enable some automatic detection?

The printers seem to be visible but not connected.

No,  I even broke the share from the old server.  I’m taking over the network so I’m unaware of previous configs

Thanks for the points, al4629740 - but what actually worked?

Nothing.  I had to close the question.

Printers and Scanners

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media. Traditional printers are being used more for special purposes, like printing photographs or artwork, and are no longer a must-have peripheral; 3D printing has become an area of intense interest, allowing the creation of physical objects. An image scanner is a device that optically scans images, printed text, handwriting, or an object, and converts it to a digital image. Hand-held scanners, where the device is moved by hand, have evolved from text scanning "wands" to 3D scanners used for industrial design, reverse engineering, test and measurement, orthotics, gaming and other applications.
